-We negotiate favourable terms on our client’s behalf often resulting in reduced auctioneers’ commission rates and discounts on associated costs, such as shipping charges, auctioneers’ illustration fees and restoration/conservation costs

-We assist with post-sale tax negotiations and if required liaise with HMRC, for example the Acceptance in Lieu or Conditional Exception schemes
