Our fees are charged by the hour and do not relate to the value of the property.

All valuation documents are supplied with photographs and presented in hard copy as well as PDF format on a USB stick or CD.

WALK THROUGH VALIDATION SERVICE
We also provide a walk-through validation service for those who have had a valuation carried out in the past.
One of our expert art valuers will make a short visit to the property to compile a list and take photographs of any appropriate possessions in order to assess the total value of your belongings.
This service can be carried out for a competitive fixed fee which is agreed in advance. Our fees are transparent with no hidden additional costs.
